Q: How long is the hire period?

A: Unless otherwise agreed the hire period is normally for 48 hours although we may well erect structures in advance.

Q: What are your payment methods and terms?

A: We normally ask for a deposit of 25% at the time of booking, a further 25% 3 months prior to your event, and receipt of the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to the event.

Q: Is there a charge for delivery?

A: Depending on the location and any particular requirements, there may be a small delivery charge.

Q: How do I know if we have enough space?

A: We can orchestrate a site visit to consider the optimal solution in a given space.
